Please note that in High summer period only 7 day Saturday to Saturday rentals will be considered.
The minimum stay is 2 nights and 5 nights at Christmas and New Year
Minimum stay for wedding parties is 3 nights
The rent excludes any meals but includes all utilities
Weddings during the high summer period are not normally accepted
Guests may check in at 4pm or later on the day of arrival and must vacate by 10am on the day of departure
Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must stay in the wet room for the duration of the stay

The following services are included in the rent:

Towels and bed linen & Toiletries
A family pass to the leisure club at The Marine Hotel, Salcombe
Wireless broadband internet access throughout the property and guests also have use of a colour laser jet printer
